Roasted Veg. Chickpea Pasta

Keeps you feeling full and healthy!
Ingredients:
Box of chickpea pasta
Red and yellow peppers
Yellow onion
Garlic powder
Brocoli
Cauliflower
Carrots
2 tbsp cooking Oil
Salt & Pepper
It will all be prepared over a camping stove of your choice, along with this a pot and pan
Directions:
Add water to the pan and bring it to a boil on the stove
Add pasta to the water and let that start cooking
While pasta is cooking begin to dice peppers, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots
Add these into the pan along with the cooking oil
Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to pan as you would like to
Cook veggies until soft
Once pasta is ready, drain the water and add in the veggies
TOO GOOD TO ADD SAUCE!!!
