Southwest Style Black Bean Soup

Warms you up on a chilly day!


Ingredients:

  • Noodles of your choice

  • Dehydrated black beans

  • Dehydrated veggies: bell peppers, carrots, onions, tomatoes

  • Taco Seasoning

  • Vegetable broth cube

  • Garlic powder

Along with this you will cook it in a camping stove of your choice with a pan and pot


Directions:

  1. In the pot bring water to a boil then add in the noodles

  2. While that is happening add water to the pan and begin to rehydrated the beans and vegetables

  3. Once noodles are ready add the broth cube to the remaining water and stir till dissolved

  4. Combine vegetables and beans into the pot of broth and noodle

  5. Add taco seasoning and garlic to preference

  6. SLURP UP!!!
