Vegan Mac & Cheese

Comfort food is the best kind of food!


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cashew powder

  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast powder

  • 3 tbsp flour

  • 2 tbsp starch of a personal preference

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp ground mustard

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 2 to 3 tsp paprika

  • pepper & salt

  • 1 cup of nut milk

  • vegan noodles

To make this use a stove of your choice with a cooking pot


Directions:

  1. In pot bring water to a boil then add noodles

  2. Once noodles are soft prepare the sauce

  3. Mix together all powders with nut milk of your choice with the noodles

  4. Add salt & pepper to your liking

  5. Once pasta has formed EAT UP!!!
